A C Variety

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by A C Variety, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

A C Variety provides courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

Shipping services from USA to Jamaica only
Air and sea freight shipping services
Assisted online shopping and payment services for customers without a credit or debit card
Warehousing and package handling
Package pickup and local delivery services
Islandwide delivery via Knutsford Express where applicable
Package tracking services
Access to a tax-exempt U.S. shipping address (eligibility varies)

A C Variety reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

A C Variety ships from the USA to Jamaica on scheduled shipment days. All shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas & Pickup Locations

A C Variety offers package pickup and delivery in the following areas:

Ocho Rios
Port Maria
Browns Town

Customers outside these areas may receive packages via Knutsford Express at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

A C Variety assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package is received into our possession and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, shipping lines, airlines, Knutsford Express, or other third-party delivery partners.

A C Variety is not responsible for:

Vendor or retailer errors
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers
Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our possession
Delays, losses, or damages caused by customs authorities or third parties

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

A C Variety is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped strictly at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items shipped comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. A C Variety assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government-related fees.

A C Variety assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, seizures, penalties, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Services

A C Variety offers assisted online shopping services for customers without a credit or debit card.

Full payment must be made upfront before any purchase is completed
Customers must confirm item details prior to purchase
Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

A C Variety is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues. All refund or exchange matters remain strictly between the customer and the vendor.

10. Tax-Exempt U.S. Shipping Address

A C Variety provides access to a U.S. warehouse address that may qualify for tax-exempt purchases when shopping online.

Tax exemption eligibility depends on the seller, item type, and applicable U.S. tax regulations. A C Variety does not guarantee tax exemption on all purchases.

11. Shopping Points & Referral Programs

A C Variety offers shopping points and referral rewards programs subject to specific rules:

Points are earned based on qualifying purchases
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be redeemed according to program terms
Referral rewards apply only after the referred customer meets the required spending threshold
A C Variety reserves the right to amend or discontinue any rewards program at any time

12. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be settled in full before shipment processing begins.

All payments are non-refundable once processing has started.

A C Variety reserves the right to change prices, rates, and fees at any time without prior notice.

13. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing via email within 72 hours of notification or receipt.

Supporting documentation such as invoices and photographs may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

14. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may attract additional charges.

Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

15. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service where applicable. Cancellation fees may apply. A C Variety reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

16. Amendments

A C Variety reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website or customer platform.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between A C Variety and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
